Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Setup &
- Operation:

- Knowledge of CNC Operating & programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).

- Prepare and set up CNC turning machines for production runs.

- Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment.

- Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.

- Programming &

- Adjustments:

- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Input or modify CNC programs as needed.

- Adjust machine settings to maintain dimensional accuracy.

- Quality Control:

- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

- Ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards.

- Document inspection results and maintain records.

- Maintenance &

- Safety:

- Perform routine maintenance on machines.

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or hazards promptly.

Skills &





- Qualifications:

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CNC turning operations.

- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.

- Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Work Conditions:

- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.

- Requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy materials.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
