Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring accurate production, maintaining quality standards, and completing assigned production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for manufacturing components as per specifications.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and basic adjustments.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Maintain product quality and follow production standards.




- Identify machine issues and report technical problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation.
- Knowledge of CNC Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC machines.
- Understanding of engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic knowledge of machine setting and tool changing.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
