Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Support Associate to join our IT Infrastructure Services team. The candidate will assist in managing cloud infrastructure, monitoring cloud-based services, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting cloud operations. This role is ideal for freshers interested in building a career in cloud computing and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services.
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and platforms.
- Help troubleshoot cloud connectivity, access, and performance-related issues.
- Support the configuration and management of cloud resources.
- Assist with user account management, access permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance,



availability, and cloud resource utilization.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Cloud Computing concepts.
- Knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
- Basic knowledge of server administration and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud storage, virtual machines, and cloud networking.

Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- BCA / MCA or equivalent qualifications are also eligible.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Basic understanding of virtualization and containerization.
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring and deployment tools.
