Responsibilities

- Expertise in monitoring technologies, including Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Infrastructure Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Mobile Monitoring.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with containerization technologies like EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.





- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, Ansible, and JIRA.

- Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting across Windows and Linux environments, along with Python programming for automation development.
