Role Description The Clinical Psychologist Intern will work full time on-site at TulaCare’s facility in Greater Noida, supporting the delivery of therapeutic services under clinical supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with intake assessments, conducting supervised psychotherapy and counseling sessions, and contributing to treatment planning for individuals with OCD, anxiety, and stress-related concerns. The intern will help administer and interpret psychological tests, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.

Additional tasks may involve supporting sleep hygiene and insomnia protocols,



observing specialized interventions such as ERP/CBT, and contributing to psychoeducational materials and group programs. The role offers structured supervision, ongoing learning opportunities, and exposure to integrated mental health and sleep therapy practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in clinical settings.
- Skills in Psychological Testing, including basic administration, scoring, and interpretation under supervision.
- Understanding of Counseling Psychology, with developing skills in conducting therapeutic conversations and building rapport.
- Ability to work effectively under Clinical Supervision, respond to feedback, and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, ERP) for anxiety, OCD, and stress-related conditions is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including transparent clinical documentation and professional interaction with clients and colleagues.
- High level of empathy, emotional resilience, and respect for diversity, with a commitment to confidentiality and client-centered care.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida, manage a full-time schedule, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
