About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, well-organised, and highly communicative Client Success Executive to act as a key bridge between our clients and internal technical teams.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless client communication, timely resolution of software-related issues, effective coordination, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary contact for client queries, software issues, feedback, and support requirements.
- Work closely with Development, QA, and Project teams to track issues, coordinate resolutions, and provide timely client updates.
- Gather and document client requirements, data requests, change requests, and feedback.
- Schedule client/internal meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare user guides, software instructions, FAQs, meeting notes, and client communication records.
- Proactively monitor pending issues, escalate delays, and ensure effective communication through resolution.

Preferred candidate profile




- 2-4 years of experience in IT client coordination, software support, customer success, or project coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (essential).
- Positive understanding of web applications, software workflows, and issue tracking.
- Strong organisational, documentation, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, CRM/ERP applications, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
