About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Client Relations Intern to manage client relationships and oversee their day-to-day social media operations.

You’ll work directly with clients, understand their requirements, coordinate content, manage publishing schedules, and ensure smooth execution of their social media activities.

This role is primarily about communication, relationship management, coordination, and social media management. It’s more than just editing videos or uploading posts. You’ll be involved in managing real clients and their Instagram and YouTube presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing client relationships and handling day-to-day communication.

Understanding client requirements, collecting content, and sharing regular updates.

Managing Instagram and YouTube accounts using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.

Planning content calendars and managing publishing schedules.

Coordinating content creation, reviewing videos, and ensuring timely delivery.





Monitoring comments, DMs, and audience engagement.

Tracking content performance and sharing insights.

Ensuring client satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A client-first mindset and ability to manage relationships professionally.

Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media.

Organised, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn tools like Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.

Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership.

- A laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.

What You’ll Learn

Hands-on experience in client relationship management, social media operations, content planning, digital marketing, and managing professional client accounts.

No prior professional experience required. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, takes ownership, and is eager to learn.
