Role Description The Civil Engineer will design, review, and optimize civil engineering plans, including site layouts, grading, and infrastructure components. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical documentation, assisting with project planning and scheduling, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders, and supporting stormwater and drainage system design. The role also involves conducting site visits, monitoring construction activities for compliance with designs and standards, and resolving technical issues that arise during project execution.

The Civil

Engineer will collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, including familiarity with relevant codes and standards.





Experience in Planning and project coordination for civil engineering works, such as infrastructure and land development projects.

Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles, drainage design, and related environmental considerations.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers and other technical professionals on-site.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.

Proficiency with civil design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Relevant work experience in construction, infrastructure, or land development projects in a site-based role is an advantage.
