- Diagnosed and rectified faults in chiller control and safety systems.
- Low Pressure (LP) and High Pressure (HP) switches.

- Operated and monitored gas engine power generation systems (4 1.1 MW) supporting HVAC plant operations.
- Performed operation and maintenance of 440V electrical distribution systems, including motors, relays, MCC panels, ACBs, HT/LT panels, and switchgear.
- Assisted in the operation and maintenance of 6 MVA power transformers and associated electrical equipment.
- Maintained operating parameters of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and electrical systems for optimum performance and energy efficiency.
- Executed preventive maintenance schedules in accordance with OEM recommendations and plant maintenance procedures.
- Prepared daily operation logs, maintenance records, equipment history, monthly performance reports, and breakdown/trip analysis reports.
- Coordinated with maintenance teams during planned shutdowns and emergency breakdowns to ensure timely restoration of plant operations.
- Ensured compliance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental guidelines during all maintenance activities.
