Dextres.com invites passionate and observant students and graduates to participate in an IIT-based Education & Child Development Project focused on kindergarten and preschool children aged 3–6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with kindergarten students in classroom environments.
- Observe children's behaviour, communication and learning patterns.
- Conduct guided activities and interactions.
- Maintain structured observations and field notes.
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
