Job Summary

Research Connect is looking for a proactive and responsible Chief Servicing Manager to oversee client servicing operations, manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily client servicing operations and ensure timely project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for effective execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and service quality.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with research, operations, sales, and other departments.
- Prepare regular reports, updates, and performance summaries.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional communication.
- Supervise team activities and ensure smooth workflow management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and management skills may also be considered.
- Candidates with experience in market research, client servicing, or project coordination will be preferred.

Compensation ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.

Work Schedule

- Full-Time | Work from Office
- Monday to Saturday
