Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage the company's financial operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial planning, and reporting functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective financial controls, and providing strategic financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Oversee the company's overall accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial performance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.

1. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Manage direct and indirect taxation matters.
- Ensure timely GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax filings.
- Handle income tax assessments, GST audits, and departmental notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and regulatory authorities.

1. Audit & Internal Controls

- Lead internal, statutory, and tax audit processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

1. Budgeting & Financial Planning





- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets.
- Analyze financial performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Monitor working capital requirements and cash flow.

1. Team Management & Business Support

- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
- Review accounting transactions and financial reports.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making.
- Improve accounting systems, processes, and financial controls.

Educational Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce preferred.
- Additional qualifications in finance, taxation, or management will be an advantage.

Experience Required
- 3–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong experience in financial accounting, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
- Experience in handling end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Technical Skills
- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting standards.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Timely completion of statutory and tax compliances.
- Successful completion of audits.
- Effective cash flow and working capital management.
- Budgetary control and cost optimization.
- Improvement in financial reporting and internal controls.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
