1. Role Overview:

We are looking for a professionally qualified, dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage our entire financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and management reporting for our multiple sites (KNR OFF, CLT, HO, SS, KTC, 50CR Projects).
1. Key Responsibilities:

A. Financial Accounting & Closing:
- Handling month-end and year-end closing of books of accounts.
- Finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L; and Cash Flow statements as per IND AS / AS.
- Review of payroll sheet, site-wise costing and project profitability.
- Inter-company and inter-branch reconciliation (KNR OFF, HO TEMP, CLT TEMP, Contract, Payroll).

B. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
- Direct Tax: Income Tax Return, TDS Filing (24Q, 26Q), TDS Reconciliation and Assessment.
- Indirect Tax: GST Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), GST Reconciliation, E-way bill, Input credit verification.
- Handling PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and Labour Welfare compliance.
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Auditors.

C. Management Reporting & Audit:
- Preparation of MIS Reports, Budget vs Actual Analysis,



Site-wise P&L; (like our Site-wise payroll summary).
- Cost control, expense analysis and working capital management.
- Handling bank reconciliation, loan documentation, CC limits and fund flow.
- Preparation of project estimates and financial projections for new ventures .

D. Leadership:
- Lead and mentor Accounts Team (Accountants, Accounts Assistants).
- Implement SOPs, internal controls and ERP / Tally Prime automation.

1. Required Skills & Competencies:

- Qualified CA from ICAI with valid Membership No.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, GST Act.
- Expert in Tally Prime / ERP, MS Excel (Advanced - VLOOKUP, Pivot, Payroll formulas), SAP will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Construction / Manufacturing / Trading industry preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
