Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

ABOUT THE ROLE

Take One School of Mass Communication is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead admissions, drive revenue growth and independently oversee the institute's daily operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational institute management, student admissions, team leadership and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Personally generate student admissions through counselling, lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise and monitor admission counsellors, telecallers and administrative staff.
- Independently manage daily centre operations and administration.
- Coordinate with faculty members and ensure smooth academic operations.
- Manage student relations, grievances and overall satisfaction.
- Monitor enquiries, admissions, fee collections and staff performance.
- Develop strategies to increase enrolments and improve centre profitability.




- Maintain regular performance reports and coordinate with management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, centre management or educational institute operations.
- Proven track record of achieving admissions and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, counselling and organisational skills.
- Experience managing teams, faculty and students.
- Ability to independently handle centre operations and take ownership of results.

Candidates from educational institutions, qualified training centres, media institutes and skill development organisations will be preferred.

COMPENSATION

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, capabilities and suitability.
