Roles

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the educational centre.
- Provide strategic direction and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate teaching and administrative staff.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student development.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily centre operations, administration, and academic activities.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and development.
- Monitor teaching quality and ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
- Develop strategies for student enrolment, retention, and centre growth.
- Handle parent concerns, staff issues, and operational challenges.

Requirements




- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Management, or any relevant field.
- 12–15 years of relevant skilled experience in the education sector.
- Proven experience in managing an educational institution, school, preschool, or learning centre.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative reporting.

Degree Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
