Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic fresher to manage microfinance group-loan activities in the assigned area. The candidate will form and manage customer groups, conduct center meetings, support loan documentation and collection, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify eligible customers for group loans.
- Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and organize center meetings.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and company policies.
- Collect KYC documents and assist with loan applications.
- Conduct basic customer and field verification.
- Support loan disbursement and repayment collection.
- Maintain customer and repayment records.
- Follow up on overdue payments professionally.
- Visit villages and assigned field areas regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair-practice guidelines.
- Report daily activities to the Branch Manager.
- Work toward customer acquisition, portfolio, and collection targets.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to work with groups and handle customers politely.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.
