Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor live CCTV footage across the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, playgrounds, reception, entry/exit gates, parking areas, and other common areas.

2. Ensure continuous surveillance to maintain the safety and security of students, employees, parents, and visitors.

3. Identify and immediately report suspicious activities, safety hazards, unauthorized access, or any unusual incidents.

4. Monitor student movement and activities in common areas, ensuring adherence to school safety and security protocols.

5. Maintain proper records and logs of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

6. Review and retrieve recorded CCTV footage whenever required for investigations, complaints, or administrative purposes.

7. Ensure CCTV cameras, recording devices, monitors, and surveillance systems are functioning properly.

8. Immediately report technical faults, camera malfunctions,



or recording issues to the concerned IT / Admin team.

9. Coordinate with the Security Team, Admin Department, and School Management during emergencies or security escalations.

10. Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and surveillance-related information.

11. Ensure compliance with school policies, child safeguarding guidelines, and security procedures.

12. Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.

- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance is an advantage.

- Computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV monitoring software.

- Experience working in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
