Key Responsibilities

- Carry out resin casting operations for cast resin transformers.

- Prepare and assemble moulds before the casting process.

- Handle resin, hardener and other casting materials as per approved procedures.

- Monitor the casting process and ensure proper mixing, degassing and pouring.

- Operate and monitor casting equipment and vacuum systems.

- Ensure proper curing of cast components.

- Inspect finished castings for cracks, air bubbles, voids and other defects.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of casting equipment and materials.

- Follow production instructions, quality standards and safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the production and quality control teams.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in a relevant technical field preferred.

- Practical knowledge of resin casting or industrial moulding processes.

- Experience in cast resin transformer manufacturing will be an advantage.

- Ability to operate production machinery and equipment.

- Knowledge of material handling and workplace safety.

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a production workplace.

- 0-2 Year experience
