Jaro Education is an education services company that partners with universities and institutes to help learners and working professionals upskill and move ahead in their careers. We are looking for a motivated Career Development Executive to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Career Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for learners who want to grow their careers. You will understand their goals, explain suitable learning programs and guide them clearly and honestly through the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners and working professionals through calls, emails and messages
- Understand each person’s career goals, background and learning needs
- Explain program details, eligibility and perks accurately
- Recommend programs that match the learner’s goals
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the enrolment process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Meet monthly targets and keep records updated in the CRM or tracking sheets




- Share feedback with the team to improve the learner experience

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline [or specify]
- [0-2] years of experience in counselling, sales, business development or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and [Hindi / regional language]
- Good listening and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Reliable, target-driven and eager to learn

Good to Have

- Experience in EdTech, education counselling or admissions
- Familiarity with CRM tools
