We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with expertise in campus and corporate recruitment, senior-level hiring and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campus recruitment initiatives, coordinate with placement cells and organise hiring drives.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and reports
- Independently handle recruitment for senior, managerial and critical positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Manage and mentor a team of 45 recruiters, including Senior Recruiters.
