DriveTech Intelligence is hiring an EMS ECU Calibration & Validation Engineer for Powertrain Gasoline EMS function development, calibration, and validation activities. The role involves vehicle-level testing, diagnostics, and WLTP compliance for gasoline engine variants.

Role & Responsibilities

- Perform EMS ECU calibration and functional validation on prototype, Beta, and series vehicles.
- Execute CAN/LIN network, diagnostics, DTC, and OBD validation.
- Conduct vehicle fault simulation, data logging, and test reporting.
- Validate EOL tools, ECU flashing, and variant coding.
- Support WLTP compliance, vehicle testing, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with OEM, supplier,



and cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Skills

- 34 years of experience in Automotive EMS ECU Calibration/Validation.
- Hands-on experience with ETAS INCA, MDA, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer and vFlash.
- Knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, UDS, OBD, DTC, and EOL.
- Understanding of gasoline EMS, diagnostics, and automotive electronics.
- Experience in vehicle-level testing and data logging.
- Valid LMV driving licence (mandatory).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Automotive OEM/Tier-1 environments.
- Exposure to WLTP/emission compliance and gasoline engine systems.
- Experience with prototype/Beta vehicles and EOL tool validation.
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or Mechatronics Engineering.
