- Manage the complete lifecycle of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment, including identification, registration, calibration, verification, maintenance, repair and disposal.

- Maintain the master calibration register and ensure timely calibration/verification of all measuring and test equipment.

- Plan and coordinate internal/external calibration activities while minimizing equipment downtime.

- Review calibration certificates and reports for technical correctness, including measured values, tolerances, uncertainty, traceability, environmental conditions and calibration status.

- Evaluate Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) equipment and coordinate impact assessment, containment and reinspection when required.

- Define and review calibration intervals based on equipment history, usage, stability and risk.

- Ensure proper identification, calibration status, storage and control of measuring equipment.

- Support selection of suitable measuring equipment based on product tolerances, accuracy and resolution requirements.





- Selection of external calibration laboratories for Calibration activites.

- Perform/support Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gauge R&R; where applicable.

- Support internal, customer and certification audits related to calibration and metrology.

- Monitor calibration KPIs including overdue equipment, OOT rate, equipment downtime and repeat failures.

- Support RCCA for calibration and measurement-related nonconformities.

- Train inspectors/operators on correct use, handling and storage of measuring equipment.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, Metrology or related engineering discipline.

- Preferably 4–7 years of experience in calibration/metrology within aerospace, automotive or precision manufacturing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
