Role Description The Call Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based at Ageology in Chandigarh.

The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about clinic services, schedule and confirm patient appointments, and respond to basic inquiries in a professional manner.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate call and appointment records, updating patient details in the system, and coordinating with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role also involves courteously managing follow-up calls, collecting feedback when needed,



and escalating complex queries to the appropriate medical or administrative personnel.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Customer service orientation and a professional phone manner, with confidence in handling patient queries.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with appointment scheduling tools or CRM systems.
- Organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple calls, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in a call centre, front desk, or healthcare support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working on-site in a clinical environment and collaborating with medical and administrative staff.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional coursework in communication, customer service, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages commonly used in Chandigarh.
