About the Role

SAS Sales Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, organized Business Operations Associate to keep our growing business running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with senior managers and the sales team, helping turn strategy into day-to-day execution and supporting the processes that drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily business operations and make sure workflows run efficiently across teams

- Track, analyze, and report on sales and operational performance against monthly and quarterly goals

- Support the sales team with client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups

- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to processes and systems

- Maintain accurate records, databases, and client information

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries promptly

- Assist and guide junior team members and current joiners

- Travel locally when needed for client or branch coordination

Who You Are





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools

- Reliable, self-driven, and focused on delivering results

- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Freshers with strong potential and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
