We are looking for a Area Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with key customers in the assigned territory. The role will focus on driving new and repeat sales, customer engagement, EV fleet growth, and customer success.

The Area Sales Manager will act as the key interface between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that the customer's EV fleet delivers the expected operational and business value.

Responsibilities

- Own new and repeat sales for assigned key accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as the SPOC for customer requirements.
- Identify and convert opportunities for fleet expansion and increased EV penetration within existing accounts.
- Monitor EV fleet performance, utilisation and customer profitability, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Service, Operations, Product and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Demonstrate the business value of EVs and drive initiatives to accelerate EV adoption and fleet penetration.
- Build customer advocacy and secure testimonials, references and success stories based on product and fleet performance.
- Develop long-term account plans to hunt new opportunities and farm existing customer potential.
