Department: Business Development Hiring Type: On Roll Experience: 5years and above Job Intent • To support the BD function across verticals.

Key Responsibilities • Cater to all requirements of Business Development Job Specifications • Liaison with product and research teams across the verticals for strategic tie up’s • Scheme pitching / Whitelisting of the same • Close on pricing, Promotion and Campaign participation • Work on Due Diligence / Agreements / Empanelment’s • Work on activating PSU Banks / Co-operative Banks/ Grameen Banks etc • Explore new initiatives / Engage with Fintechs • Liaison with sales team on marketing support /brokerage requirements/Co-branding initiatives • NFO Co ordination / seek work related approvals.

- Monitor DTER / Brokerage / Manage Database/ • Co ordination with sales team / Kfin • Co-ordination for compliance / audit.




- Implement regulatory changes • Any other task related to BD function.

Preferred Candidate

Profile • Presentable / Valuable Communication Skills in English n Hindi • Should have some market connect and industry knowledge • Exposure to all channels : Banks, Pvt Wealth , ND , MFD would be preferred • Good at relationship building and maintaining • Willing to learn and should be fairly aggressive • Most importantly should be passionate about the role • Should have exposure in BD function in his earlier capacities
