About us

Healthism Fitness Systems (HFS) is the commercial gym equipment arm of Healthism 24x7, the premium gym club in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. We are the authorised India partner for Arsenal Strength (USA), and we also carry other brands along with premium refurbished international equipment. We help people set up gyms from scratch, upgrade existing ones, and build home gyms, all over India.

We run gyms ourselves, so we sell like operators, not like catalogue dealers. Now we want someone who can take that to every gym owner in the country.

What you'll do

You'll own the sales pipeline from enquiry to payment. That means following up on every quotation quickly and staying on it until the deal is closed or clearly lost, meeting gym owners, builders and investors for site visits, layout discussions and negotiations, and going after recent business from gyms, hotels, corporates, housing societies, colleges and gym chains. You'll work with the founder on pricing and proposals, keep every lead and conversation updated in Zoho CRM, and send a short daily sales report.





You'll also represent HFS at expos, launches and industry events.

Who we're looking for

You have 3 to 5 years of experience selling commercial fitness equipment, or something close to it like B2B sales in sports, interiors or hospitality projects. You know how gym owners think, what they worry about, and how to handle the "too expensive" conversation. You're comfortable travelling, confident with numbers, and you follow up without being reminded. Good Hindi and English are a must. Existing contacts in the fitness industry are a big plus.

What you get A fixed salary of ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month depending on experience, plus commission on every rupee collected, with no upper limit. Travel expenses are covered. You'll work directly with the founder, get exposure to international brands, and have real room to grow as HFS expands.
