We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage daily branch operations, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day branch operations.

- Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned branch targets.

- Generate new customers and develop strong customer relationships.

- Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff.

- Monitor gold loan processing, valuation coordination, disbursement, and repayment activities.

- Ensure proper handling, security, and documentation of pledged gold.

- Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate recovery activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

- Monitor branch performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
