Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills and solid sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Handle client communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales and business development targets.
- Handle negotiations and close deals.
- Attend client meetings and field visits whenever required.
- Maintain sales reports and regular follow-ups.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and sales skills.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field visits when required.

Experience in financial services/BFSI will be an advantage.
