Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview:

CashLe Capitals is looking for a confident, target-oriented and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing fintech team.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in client handling, business development, lead management and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating business opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.

Job Details:

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experience Required: 1–2 Years
- Gender Preference: Male & Female candidates preferred

- Freshers: Not eligible

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective clients through company-provided leads.
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation and process updates.
- Schedule meetings with the sales and business development team.
- Understand client requirements and handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up and business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
