Business Development Manager (BDM) – Work From Home

LSD Cloud Technologies LLP is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can independently handle business development, B2B sales, and call center operations while leading a team of calling and sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily call center operations and supervise calling and sales teams.
- Assign leads, monitor calling activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive B2B sales, channel sales, franchise acquisition, and business partnerships.
- Handle client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and conversions.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Monitor call quality, team productivity, and conversion ratios.
- Maintain CRM/Excel records and prepare regular performance reports.




- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Call Center Management.
- Experience in handling calling teams and managing sales operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and lead management.
- IT, Software, SaaS, or E-commerce industry experience preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives.

Other Requirements: Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and the ability to independently manage remote teams and achieve targets.
