We’re hiring: Business Development Manager | Gurugram A leading Architecture firm is looking for a business development leader to bring in recent clients for its large-scale corporate workplace interiors practice.

What you’ll do

- Generate leads from MNCs, GCCs, IT/ITeS, BFSI and other large corporate occupiers
- Build lead sources through PMCs, tenant representation firms and real estate advisors
- Own RFPs/RFQs from receipt to submission and award
- Lead commercial discussions through to contract closure
- Own the pipeline, forecasts and reporting to leadership
- Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events and networking forums

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years in business development in design, interiors, architecture or design-and-build
- Verifiable closures of large corporate projects (70,000 sq ft+)




- Strong relationships with corporate occupiers and real estate decision makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable with long sales cycles
- Bonus: GCC and MNC fit-out experience , and hands-on RFP/tender work
