About TerraFlare Farms

TerraFlare Farms (GM Group) is a hygiene-controlled, organic microgreens producer based in Davangere, Karnataka. We grow Fenugreek (Methi), Radish, Broccoli, Peas, Basil, Sunflower, Coriander and more. We are building a premium fresh-produce category, starting with Bengaluru.

About the Internship

We are hiring 5 Business Development Interns to cover Bengaluru, each assigned a zone of the city. This is a field-based sales internship, not a desk job. You will find new customers, run product samples and bring in the first orders for a current premium food category.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit new customers in your zone and generate leads
- Meet chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers and business owners
- Run product samples and trials, and follow up to convert them into orders
- Build weekly and monthly repeat-order customers
- Introduce direct-to-consumer options such as subscriptions and community tie-ups
- Note competitor activity in your zone and share customer feedback
- Coordinate order confirmation, delivery and payment follow-up with the team

Who You Will Sell To Hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, catering companies,



hospitals, wellness centres, gyms, nutritionists, organic and premium grocery stores, corporate cafeterias, residential communities and health-conscious consumers.

Who Can Apply

- Recently completed any graduation or post-graduation (BBA, MBA, Hotel Management, Agriculture, Food Technology, Marketing or any stream)
- Freshers welcome; sales, hospitality, FMCG or food service experience is a plus
- Based in Bengaluru and familiar with the city
- Own two-wheeler preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort in approaching senior decision-makers
- Hunter mindset: persistent, self-driven and good at follow-up
- Basic Excel or CRM knowledge
- Able to work full time in the field for the internship period

Duration and Benefits

- Internship period: 1 to 3 months, with continuation reviewed monthly based on performance
- Stipend: 10,000 per month plus performance incentives
