About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Intern who is interested in the advertising and digital marketing industry. The candidate will work closely with the Business Development team to identify potential clients, generate leads, explore business opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the advertising and digital marketing industry.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, online research, networking, and other platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update lead databases, follow-up records, and sales reports.
- Assist the Business Development team in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements




- Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, Advertising, and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good research, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Internship & Work Structure
- The internship will be for a period of 3 months.
- This is a paid internship, with a stipend provided during the internship period.
- The work arrangement will be hybrid, with 4 days working from the office and 1 day working from home.
- Saturdays and Sundays will be weekly offs.
- Based on performance, learning ability, and overall contribution during the internship, the candidate may be offered a full-time employment prospect upon successful completion of the 3-month internship.
