We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in US IT Staffing to generate current business opportunities and acquire US-based clients for IT recruitment and staffing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new US-based clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Connect with US hiring managers, HR teams, staffing companies, and decision-makers.
- Build relationships with direct clients, staffing vendors, prime vendors, and MSPs.
- Understand US staffing models such as C2C, W2, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire.
- Schedule client meetings,



negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate vendor onboarding.
- Obtain active IT job requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for closures.
- Maintain client databases, follow-ups, and business development reports.

Required Skills

- 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of client acquisition and lead generation.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Understanding of US staffing processes and client onboarding.
- Ability to work in US night shifts and achieve business targets.
