Job Title: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections of store premises, fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of doors, shelves, racks, locks, hinges, and other store fixtures.
- Monitor lighting, electrical fittings, air-conditioning, and other facility-related issues, and rectify faults promptly.
- Assist in maintaining signboards, display fixtures, storage racks, and other store infrastructure.
- Coordinate with external technicians and service providers for repairs related to HVAC and fire systems.
- Support store setup, renovation, fixture installation, and dismantling activities when required.
- Carry out any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent. ITI or technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in building or retail store maintenance is preferred.
- Preferred experience: 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Freshers with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as per store requirement.
