Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Indore (on-site) | Full time | 6 months to 2+ years

ThoughtWin IT Solutions, a custom software development company headquartered in Indore, is hiring Business Development Executives to own the top of the sales funnel. This is a hunter role focused on outbound prospecting and lead qualification for IT services and custom software projects.

What you’ll do

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling and bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, Guru)
- Research and build prospect lists for software services
- Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns, and follow up systematically
- Qualify leads on budget, need and timeline before passing them to the sales team
- Set up discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team
- Draft initial proposals and coordinate scoping with the technical team
- Maintain lead and pipeline records in the CRM
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked

What we’re looking for

- 6 months to 2+ years in IT sales,



lead generation or business development at a software services or IT company
- A track record of generating qualified leads through outbound channels
- Hands-on experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer or similar), strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools and a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
- Understanding of web development, mobile apps and custom software services
- Excellent written and verbal English (essential)
- Confident, self-driven and comfortable working to targets
- Good to have: international sales experience (US, UK, Middle East, Canada), outreach tools such as Apollo, Lemlist or Instantly, and basic SDLC knowledge
