Job Responsibilities
- Find new customers through phone calls, LinkedIn and emails.
- Talk to customers and understand their needs.
- Tell customers about our company and IT services.
- Promote services like Website Development, Mobile Apps, Software, ERP/CRM, SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Make follow-up calls and messages to interested customers.
- Arrange meetings with customers.
- Share price details and service information with customers.
- Keep customer details and call records updated in Excel.
- Work with the team to complete sales targets.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Confidence in talking to new people.
- Interest in sales and marketing.
- Willingness to learn about IT services.
- Positive attitude and hardworking nature.
