Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused BDE / Marketing Executive with experience in the gaming or retail industry. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development and marketing activities, identifying potential customers, promoting products or services and developing business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach and the ability to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and business opportunities in the gaming and retail sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support business development and marketing activities to generate enquiries and business.
- Promote products and services through customer interactions, calls, emails and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant product or service information.




- Coordinate with internal teams for customer enquiries, proposals and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business segments.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support conversion of enquiries into business.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records and marketing activity reports.
- Monitor market trends and share relevant feedback with management.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Marketing or Sales within the gaming or retail industry.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Valuable interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email.
- Proactive, confident and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Compensation 30,000–40,000 per month (In-hand), depending on experience and suitability.
