Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, preferably in the logistics, freight, or 3PL industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling and self-sourcing.
- Identify and acquire current clients.
- Pitch logistics and freight services to potential customers.
- Negotiate deals and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.

Requirements:

- Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Logistics or freight industry experience preferred.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- US/international market exposure is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working US night shifts.
