Job Overview

Deft Innovations is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing and web development solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Valuable understanding of client relationship management and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
