About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and target-driven qualified who can handle student counselling, career guidance, and business development activities. This is a multi-functional role that requires solid communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to bring in admissions through effective outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Career

Counselling & Student Engagement  Guide students in choosing suitable career paths based on their interests and aptitude.  Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.  Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and ensure excellent follow up until enrolment. 2.

Education Counselling & Admission Support  Help students understand course curriculum, fees, placement assistance, and certification process.  Assess students’ background and recommend the most suitable training track.  Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, conversions, and student updates.  Coordinate with trainers and the admin team for demo sessions, orientation, and batch allocation. 3.

Business





Development  Participate in marketing campaigns and student engagement activities.  Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to revenue growth.
