Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate who can identify business opportunities, build strong industry relationships, connect with potential clients, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with builders, developers, contractors, and real estate professionals.
- Generate and qualify potential business leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Apni Estate's platform.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and drive successful sales conversions.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client interaction and business discussions.
- Interest in Real Estate, Construction, SaaS, or Technology.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Freshers with strong communication and a learning mindset are welcome.
