We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to generate new business, acquire customers, promote gold loan products, and support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for gold loan products.

- Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.

- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and services to customers.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.

- Coordinate with branch teams for customer onboarding and loan processing.

- Follow up with existing customers for renewals and repeat business.

- Maintain customer details, lead records, and daily activity reports.

- Support promotional campaigns and business development activities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
