Role Overview

As a BDA, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents and institutions. You will generate leads, explain our programs, and convert interest into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to leads via calls, WhatsApp and email and understand their career goals
- Present TeachGrow's courses, internships, certifications and placement programs
- Follow up consistently and close enrollments to meet monthly targets
- Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, colleges and social channels
- Maintain lead status, follow-ups and conversion data in the CRM




- Handle objections and queries with clear, honest communication
- Coordinate with the product and operations team for smooth onboarding of enrolled learners
- Share regular feedback from the market to help improve our offerings

Requirements
- Any graduate or final-year student (any stream)
- Strong communication in English and Kannada/Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
- Confident on calls, persuasive and comfortable with targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp/email outreach
- Self-driven, quick learner and a valuable team player

Good to Have
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling or EdTech
- Understanding of lead funnels and CRM tools
