Business Development Associate (BDA) Tamil

Experience: 6–9 Months (Mandatory)

We are looking for motivated, target-driven Business Development Associates with prior EdTech B2C sales experience and native-level Tamil fluency. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable programs, and driving enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand learners' backgrounds, career goals, and challenges to recommend suitable programs.
- Manage the complete sales funnel, including lead contact, counselling, program demos, follow-ups, and final closure.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners through effective communication and consultative selling.
- Handle customer objections and identify opportunities to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and provide regular feedback on lead quality.
- Consistently achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Provide post-enrollment support to ensure a smooth learner experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 6–9 months of experience in EdTech B2C Sales (Mandatory).
- Native fluency in Tamil (Mandatory).
- Good English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage high lead volumes in a target-driven environment.
- High ownership, discipline, and a performance-oriented mindset.
