Job Summary: We are seeking self-motivated individuals passionate about sales and real estate to drive our business growth. This role offers unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert leads into sales for real estate properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends.
- Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to earn incentives.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.





Requirements:

- Any graduate (Freshers are very welcome to apply!)
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence, persistence, and a result-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work in a target-based environment.

Work Setting: The work is primarily office-based at our head office in jayanagara 7th block Bengaluru, with site visits occurring about once a week.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
