Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to support business development activities, client coordination, technical & commercial documentation and follow-ups. The candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with customers and supporting government and private procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support business development activities and identify potential business opportunities.
- Handle documentation related to business proposals, procurement and customer requirements.
- Assist in government and private procurement processes.
- Coordinate and follow up with customers, vendors and business partners.
- Track enquiries, quotations, proposals and order status.
- Research potential customers, markets and business opportunities in the drone industry.
- Maintain databases,



business records and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required information and documentation.
- Prepare regular business development reports and updates.
- Support meetings, product demonstrations and other business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any engineering discipline preferably Aeronautical or Aerospace.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Valuable documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Knowledge in the drone, UAV and defence industry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Fluency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
