We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers using our database.
- Lead Generation: Pitch products/services, handle objections, and qualify leads.
- Data Management: Update customer records, call logs, and pipeline status accurately in the CRM.
- Sales Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly call volumes and conversion targets.
