We are hiring for the position of Business Analyst – ORM Automation & Implementation for our esteemed client Acies.

Job Details:

: We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong functional knowledge of Operational Risk Management (ORM) in the BFSI domain, along with experience in GRC platform implementation, configuration, automation, and support.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow (preferred) or similar other GRC systems implementation and/or configuration and/or development for IRM module (Integrated Risk Management module).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in system implementation / projects / changes for automation for Operational Risk / Risk Based Supervision (RBS) for a Bank. Experience only in ISG or VAPT modules will not suffice, as well as exposure only to Internal Audit / Information Security Audit / Systems Audit will not suffice.
- Operational Risk management experience should have exposure to:

- RCSA

- KRI

- Loss Data Capture

- Scenario Analysis

- Stress Testing
- Ops Risk Cap Charge Computation
- Overall experience which could be a combination of:
- Awareness of Project Management methodologies, SDLC (Planning, Feasibility Study, Requirements Analysis, Technical Architecture & Design, Development, Testing – UT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support, Documentation), Process & Quality.




- Experience in industry leading GRC systems such as SaS Institute, RSA-Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, etc.
- Successfully implemented projects involving automation / system implementation in one or more areas of manual process automation, workflows, interfaces, datalake, data analytics, OCR, etc.
- Experience of managing large projects in the capacity of Project Manager.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Good Exposure to domains of banking, dealing with multi-national IT OEMs.
- Vendor Co-ordination: Interact with Vendor on-site / Off-Site Delivery Teams for getting deliverables as per Project Timelines, tracking slippages, ensuring quality of deliverables and necessary escalations and arrive at remedial measures.

Preferred GRC Platforms: ServiceNow ORM, MetricStream, RSA Archer, SAP GRC, SAS Institute, or similar GRC tools.

Key Note:

Candidates must have both Business Analysis and functional Operational Risk Management experience within the BFSI sector. ServiceNow ORM is preferred but not mandatory; experience with other GRC platforms is also acceptable.
